I read that all negative comments on this forum but still I went for buy...and now I got my phone......and believe me yaar...its superb phone..quite superb.... *Hd resolution of videos... *good camera *best for selfies *awesome battery backup *faster fingerprint sensor than mi note 3(if u don't believe me) just check it...because i checked *earphones are in the box ...in case of note 3, there is no earphones are provided by the xiomi...but here...the company earphones provided by the coolpad co. *experience of gaming is really cool.. *before buying this phone....i heard that comments about this phone (phone is heating) believe me...my coolpad note 5 not heating....ðŸ‘even its getting the 3hours to full charge ..... *4gb ram is quite enough for us.... *32gb ram is also gud facility (21gb are usable for user) *hybrid slot (means we cant use two Sims and memory card at a time) *best android operating system marshmallows.... *Luks gud But the one problem...its design...its gud but we cant place a tuffen glass on this phone because of its curvey corners.....this point is disappointing only

please don't buy its totally useless phone, better buy anyother even with 1gb ram will work must better. cool pad note 5 is total JUNK, I WANT TO THROW IT IN DUSTBIN....

yah i also using this phone this phone is actually a beast it has 4 gb ram we can play high graphics game it doesent get heatup also this phone is a best buy it battery not talks lot of time to charge and it works for so many hours for ex-14-16 it has 13 mp primary camera 8mp selfie camera it also has a flash for selfies as selfies are also in trend so its good i dont know about the phone earlier my friend advised me i am so shocked that this phone is coming in only 10,999 rs

Am using coolpad note 3 lite since from january 2016. Even after looking at the whole negative comments, i went for it. The decision was prooved right and really it was a superb phone. Now am using coolpad note 5 from october 2015 onwards. I never faced any issues. The phone never gets heated, charges fastly, good battery backup even on 4g, volte works perfectly etc. Just dont beleve the negative comments by others. Go for it without any doubt. The phone is awsome and really comes under the budget. Better than redmi note 3.

Do not buy this brand, trust me.
The software for their phones are filled with bugs and lots of them. Coolpad has not given even a stable Marshmallow till date for their earlier phones and have abandoned their old customers even after thousands of requests.
Please check the official forum to see the anger and spiteful comments of all the users, and go through multiple previous pages of comments to get real idea because coolpad deliberately adds bogus comments in between.

Charging took long duration and the battery nackup is poor as compared to note3. The processor is also a big concern as it works on 617 snapdragon. I didnt se any hanging problem but phone gets heatup during charging or excessive use. The phone is excellent on using multiple apps. I think its worth to buy this phone as it is cheap ad compared to other with similar features. But I must recommend u to buy cool 1.The phone is excellent but u have to pay Rs 13000.

shashi, 05 Jan 2017is this phone has corning gorilla glass??????Naah...it has not...but it provides scratch resistant glass... Don't look on other bad opinion...close your eyes...and go for buy this mobile....really its superb....i know its not trusted brand lyk xiomi redmi but believe me coolpad has great phones...and note 5 is best one...highlight thing is...big battery backup....its stay 13-15 hours in regular use...
