Voice recorder not working.
Unable to make jio video calls.
Sometimes somehow data connectionoff.
Camera is not good as expected.
Front camera photos are yellowish with flash.

Call dr... moreYes it is atmost waste mobile 99% call drops, caller/receiver's voice not able to hear, call unable take as swipe button will function.
Wasting incoming and outgoing calls but billing happening for all these drop calls.
Don't buy these kind of branded items..you are wasting your money..why not government ban these products to india..

My external speaker suddenly stoped working when i was watching vedios on you tube .Didn't done anything wrong that'll harm phone. I was on my bed.. .
Now speaker is not working. No sound on playing music. And no sound in ring tone also.
Using earphones I'm able to listen song or any sound plz help

I purchased coolpad Note 5 in June-2017. watsapp was working till mid-Aug-2017, later on it was not working and when I took it to the Authorized service centre at Sanjaynagar main Rd, Bangalore today (31-08-2017), I was told that the software has gone bad and needs to be uploaded which costs Rs 1200/- I don't know what to do and I feel it is useless phone.

BAD.BAD.BAD phone.
Basic feature don't work. Mic won't work. Not able to catch network. when approached services station they change the OS to base version. Service station guy also accept there is an issue in the phone.
PLS DON'T BUY
