For saving fingerprint, it asked for 8 digit password..when i try to change it again,it is asking for 4 digit password...is there any solution for this...i could not change my fingerprint nor number pattern

This is the worst phone & has hanging problem.
Call drop , No voice of other person Or your voice is not audible to other person are irritating problem.
Most worst is you cannot pick up the call with touch pad swiping

Very sad to say that after one month of purchase, problem faced. Low out going voice. Handed over to SVK Electronics at Hyderabad. They gave 040-66687634. We never get that phone to verify the status. 20 days are over. Still I did not get rectified set. It is under warranty. SVK said, it may take another 10 days or whenever they get back, they will inform me. God barosa. I personally feel not to go for this because of after sales mechanism.

Call quality, the basic feature of a mobile phone doesn't work. I realized it too late. Now, can't even replace. After the call connects, it will allow you to talk max 1-2 mns and then the other person can't hear you anymore. You have to disconnect and call again. The phone has difficulty in connecting to network too. in order to test and verify, I used same sim card in another phone, which perfectly worked. No matter which 4G sim you use, the handset is showing same problem......

One of the Worst phone everhad.
A new phone became useless in 3 Weeks of time from the date of purchase and Two weeks of time from Delivery,
ISSUE: No network .
Nightmare phone.
Pure Chinese Quality. Worst in consistency, loyalty and integrity.
Shame on you Chinese producers.

i bought COOLPAD NOT 5 in february 2017 its internet speed very very slow even 4g network, , i am unable to use inetrnet in this phone now i am going to bye another mobile this is useless mobile and its sensor not working properly. is there any way to speedup internet in this mobile???????????

Myself purchased Coolpad Note 5 operating system is not able to connect GPRS/Internet with ERICSSION RELEASE 4 mobile operator network. To update patch for the same visited at Sachdeva Sales Corporation Behind LIC Building,Old Civil Hospital Complex, Sirsa, Haryana-125055. But got replied that they have no service centre of coolpad. Either provide patch to update automatically or take action against your Sirsa service centre.
