screen is turning black suddenly. also getting message at the start "unfortunately real player has stopped working". is there anyone who can solve this issue?

Why skype cannot be open in this unit,,,,always say,,,,,unfurtunately application has stopped,,,so i always unistalled skype and nothing change,,,plss anyone could help....

Vj lxmi, 12 Jan 2015i would like to purchase dell venue 8, i would like to know... moredear do not buy this tablet has serious faults.
on video chat front camera do not focus on ur face and gives so magnified view that at other end one can not see face of person ie either only eyes or eye brows could be seen. There is adjustments as I have taken help from dell authorized people. They could not find any solution. Spending high on this tab is useless.

Really poor the venue 8, device does not charge and the screen touch response does not work smoothly. Device also overheats and shuts down frequently.
Google all the problems and you will find lists and lists. Support on my problems so far has been non existent
