Haris, 11 May 2011Hi, My name is haris, i used this phone m=not more than 4 ... moreyes you are correct i also bought this phone with respect of DELL after i under stood what i did the big mistake, this decreses my value infront of my friends even i take a good company smart phone. bad luck, my friend asked me this phone for just 2000/- so the phone range is below 3k.

Worst phone I have ever had in 8 years. The touch totally crashed 4 months after I brought the phone. The touch quality and response is equally pathetic and dial pad is the worst.
I was so stupid, I got mislead by the great "DELL" tag and brought the phone, waste of money.
Everything would have great about this phone had they got a better touch.
Worst ever phone, never even give it a try

Hi,
My name is haris, i used this phone m=not more than 4 days because i knew the the true fact of the phone, this phone is completely worst, waste of money,DELL is a very big company i was bought this phone with respect of DELL but they exploited the customers, this is the very cheap phone i have ever seen CHINA mobile is better better then this phone and Buddies Android is nothing but but the technique of customers attraction, this is the verry cheap cell, i sold my Nokia E63 for buying this cheap phone, that was my big big mistake.
Plz if u r thinking for buy this cell dont buy it,
Use only NOKIA, SAMSUNG SONY ERICSON, and blackberry nothing else.

the phone is not so good... camera is not satisfactory... like its only for show that it is 3.2MP... clarity is worst for pics
need some modifications in functions...

I have only 1 thing to say about this mobile...."BUYERS BEWARE." I was the biggest fool on this Earth to prefer this shit (Dell XCD28)over a Blackberry. Please dont commit the sin of buying this phone.

The DELL XCD 28 is the biggest ever mistake of my LIFE. The Mistake compliments by me paying a whole lot of money for this piece of "NON-Operating"Machinery.
The phone made me lose all of my data twice and make the Storage very slow.
Today i also noticed that the battery backup is DISCHARGING VERY Very fast and for no reason.
I try calling up Dell get no proper response as well.
Well, people, please do try and avoid this trouble for yourself and dont waste your valuable time with this instrument.

ji2, 28 Apr 2011i have read many opinions about dell xcd28 but only you are... moreyes.i am using this mobile. camera is not good. sound is orinary.touch pad is also not much good. so u can say this is a normal mobile.

Specification are good, but Battery, Camera, sound system is very dull, hi heating of set while on GPRS/GPS/Wi fi is an another problem and needs improvement, the booklet supplied with the set is also not in detail and not convencing, total in all it is not a good phone, simply waste of money and time.

I am using Dell XCD28, this phone contains all the advanced features like navigation, fast browsing, youtube videos, etc. I am using BSNL sim, it works with excellent speed, without buffering we can watch videos, browsing, navigation, MS-Office, ect. Its like MINI COMPUTER. Battery also not a problem, because we are not living in remote areas, every where power is available. Overall, Dell XCD28 is a good and excellent phone.
