Ruchi, 13 Apr 2011Excellent Phone....it has so many features that u can spend... morei have read many opinions about dell xcd28 but only you are satisfied with this phone.many people says that it has very poor battery back up &camera & touch quality.....
can u plz honestly tell me about this phone.....?

Hi,
I have purchased this phone and this is a very big mistake by me. It is very bad phone comparing with price. Battery is really bad you can not use even 1/2day. If you use continuously then it will run 2-3hours max. Even battery ends in 14/15hours in idle mode (no call no music nothing).
Screen is very bad, touch is poor. Difficult to use with finger.
Camera like VGA
Only music is good.

Dell bought the license to sell the phone. No wonder, it's still manufactured by ZTE! Needless to say the battery is of ZTE, which is world's fourth-largest mobile phone vendor!

Im using Dell XCD28,very difficult to type a message and send. No good battery life.

it's camera qualitty is bad & battery back is also poor except them the phon is good.

This phone really sucks..i bought it just by relying the name DELL.this is not the original dell made. It is manufactured by ZTE a chinese mobile manufacturer and dell is just marketting in its brand name. The touch is very bad and it has been 3 months am using this phone...
1) The battery is too bad and if u use it just for making calls without using internet the battery will last from the morning to evening.
2) The touch screen became totally irresponsible sometimes and even if u touch messages icon it opens the dial pad. this is the most devastating thing while typing msgs and the sending became almost impossible.
3)The camera cant be 3.2 MP it looks more like a VGA camera.Sofar i had never took a good looking photo out of it. Flash is missing and all i get is a darkened photos.
4) The phone screen hangs very frequently and sometimes the screen keeps sleeping without responding.
5) The sound quality is very poor and if u keep it in your pant pocket. You can never hear any incomming calls.
DELL MUST TAKE BACK THIS CRAP BEFORE IT LOSES ALL ITS RELIABLE CUSTOMERS
Verdict - Never go for this phone.It is not recomended 100%. If u have money to waste just thorow it on the road instead of buying this crap.

Pls Never buy or use this phone.its a real scrap .no battery life.exhausts in 4-5 hours.wasted money for this

Excellent Phone....it has so many features that u can spend hours n hours exploring it.... just feel that the battery back up shud b a lil more or at least as claimed in the User guide!!!

Its a good android phone only the issue with battery backup. I need to charge full twice a day.

very good phone . it has a dell's battery not a ZTE . i all ready saw it's battery in dell store. in future you will be get it's original battery from dell store..
