i saw it's battery. there is a dell's battery. and use it upto 6 hrs. in future we will get a new it's battery.. i all rady conferm with dell sotore's manager.. i will buy in jun month on my birthday...

very bad, dont think to buy it , as battery backup is too bad, can not lost more than 8 hours as a standby, touch screen had poor quality,cant pick up the thing touched,and will pick up another ,its too poor ,so dont ever think about to buy it

very good phone. But camera quality poor at night and at day time u can't see the display without brightness control.

This is my opinion about dell XCD 28.
Everyone says"dell guys rock" I think that these guys are a rock. Launching a phone like Dell XCD 28 was a bad idea as it as made its users upset. DELL XCD 28 is just a rebranding of chinese mobile ZTE racer. It is the worst phone I have ever owned!!
Looks wise it might be appealing but it is not packed with features required by the target audience. It is said to be economically priced but the bad quality features do not justify the price .
Despite of suggestions by my relatives not to buy it, i did the opposite. I baught this phone which was the greatest mistake of my life.
TOUCH: poor worse than chinese ones. When you scroll , it opens something. At times it is sensitive
SCREEN: poor visiblity. not visible in daylight
design: appealing to see ,the matte finish is good
BUILD QALITY: bad , poor quality plastics are used . Does not fell sturdy
PERFORMANCE : extremely bad
VALUE FOR MONEY : bad features do not justify the price
VERDICT-->
DO not buy this phone. Instead look at Nokia c5 03
or samsung wave 725 or SAMSUNG MONTE

ajit, 14 Feb 2011I have got a dell xcd28. after reading the comments i think... more If this phone does'nt have a good camera, screen touch, on screen keyboard, build quality or performance then wat's the use of this phone. This phone is no better than a chinese one. All the users saying that this phone is worth the money have newly baught this phone and dont want to admit that they made a mistake. PLEASE do not post such opinions!! I am Telling the truth " the phone does not offer value for your money." varun, 03 Mar 2011I am thinking to buy this dell xcd 28..shud i go for it?don't take .. this is worst phone . I bought the same and from last one month same is lying with vendor for replacement . Same phone sent for repair twice but nothing has haapened . WORST EVER ..don't waste money for this . Go for SONY or SUMSANG

I recently purchased Dell mobile phone instrument XCD28. It is one of the worst phones manufactured by one of the best computer hardware companies. The touch screen response is quite moody. At times it is too sensitive and at times it does not respond at all. The feature of SMS, editing and forwarding it is incomplete. At many times we have to insert a phone or contact information while typing a SMS, this important feature that we have been using all along is absent from this so called feature rich android. Battery life is worst. You talk on this phone for half an hour and browse a few mails and it would take out the life out of your android. The company should withdraw this phone immediately and make necessary modifications before launching it again in the market.
