I have been using this phone for sometim now. The moment i saw it I wanted it. The phone cos me around 200, malaysian dollars. The price of the bluetooth headset is around RM600.

feature wise its pretty cool, but what a dog ugly phone man! And that crummy antena.. arggh! Need i say more.

It is a very good phone, and it looks professional. R520m is the best on the market for people who wants to have a bussines phone. I have this phone for a month and I didn't encountered any bug or problem.
It has a very good voice quality.
R520m is a phone with all the services you need : Triband, HSCSD, GPRS, Bluetooth , a fantastic phone book and SMS memory . The phone menu is very easy to use and the time that reacts to your commands is very short.
R520m is the best phone at this moments for the people who doesn't only to show off but wants to have a powerful connection tool in every bussines day.
I don't regret the choice i made.

The phone got a older version of software and tried to get hold Ericsson but all in vain. The response from Ericsson is very bad. Even the CD never worked and same can't be delivered again.

The front it's cool, the rear is not cool, but the software and ilumination are PERFECT.
Anyway, how much is r520m? I paid for him 200$ (second hand).

This is the first speakerphone of Ericsson. It is not too good. Panasonic GD93 is better. Some provider is guilty. Try it other provider, if possibile, but i thing Your phone is not faulty.

thanx amti, this phone is great. all the while i have been playing nokia and didn't realised ericsson phone with large screen is so bloody easy to use.
anyway does anyone have problem with speakerphone being too loud such that your friend on the side of call will hear echo effect of his own voice? i have to reduce the volume to counter this problem. is my phone faulty or the same as others? i can still exchange it if i want.

I now the new game. Games menu, Erix. When the phone is write , you press the 1,2,3 keys, then Yes. New game is the Snake by Nokia (I try it the software version R2M)

This is an excellent phone that incorporates Bluetooth/GPRS/Triband/WAP and speaker phone functionality. It also allows you to do picture messaging and maintains a very generous standby and talk time.
Great phone but limited marketability. If this ever comes to your region, do not think twice, grab it before you regret. So much more value for money than the Nokia 6210. Very stable platform and does not require frequent s/w upgrades unlike Nokias'. Viva Ericsson!
