The T68 is basically a ladies' handset; you need tiny hands to grasp it comfortably. I would prefer a phone exactly like the T68, but 1.5-2cms higher.
The price on BT Cellnet/Vodafone is OK, if you are a monthly subscriber, but the SIM free cost is around £380-£400!
I'm gooing for a Sony J70 instead - only £155 SIM free!!

Q: 1. Has any one tested "up to 11h" talk time? Is this real?
2. Aslo how many names does the address book carry? Nokia 8310 takes in 500.
I have been using Nokia for8 years and was thinking about buying the Nokia 8310 but must admit T68 could be a better choice.

it seems to be a very good mobile as we know from nokia, but i think its not that danger to ericsson t68 , cuz of the t68 has many featuers that 7650 doesnt have, like the tri-band and ems and on the other hand the 7650 has featuers that t68 doesnt have, so each phone is targeting on different market and different ppl. not to forget that this phone has only 3 more featuers which we can say its something new, which is the web-cam , the resolution is better , and the operating system is new . other things are normal and everything it has u can find it in the t68 and more , and a big disadvantage for this phone is the size and the weight. i think those 2 mobiles r the same rate , its just about the ppl and which one they will like to buy , cuz i dont think this phone cant kill t68 as many ppl r thinking.

After 5 years of using various Nokia's the T68 is the finest phone I've used in a long time. Beautiful screen and almost every feature you could want. Superb phone!!!

Just purchased my T68 from Vodafone, and sticking my Orange Sim Card in it. Cost £180 plus have to pay £13 for 12 months on the contract. Great stuff though! Well worth it so far. Speech is loud and clear, and any fears of poor reception have proved groundless so far. any questions to dkwywbicgia@yahoo.co.uk
PS. Just charged up, and it estimates I have 340 hours of standby or 8 hours of talk time left! :D

as a n6150 user:
no backlights on the T68 keys makes SMS/email v hard during the night regardless of the display..
Alarm is a bit naff compared to n6150's alarm.
Lack of information regarding email/data connection error messages and no debug output for failed data connections/email etc. this is normally not nessecary for mobile phones but since this phone has bluetooth/IR/pop3/smtp/wap it would be nice to see where you4re going wrong...
beautifully sexy phone. lovely features, but does not feel rugid - I can bounce my 6150 on the floor (and have done 100s of times over the last 3 years) and know it'll survice. Not sure if the T68 will survive the drops.
Joystick feels alien at the start but have got used to it now and am really enjoying it - Too clumsy for playing fast games like Tetris on higher levels:(
Its a great new toy!!

This phone is the best of a bad bunch.
Technically it is the most advanced available, the appearance is elegant and attractive, but it is far from faultless. The most obvious problem with this handset is its very small size - 10cm in length is simply not enough to fill the hand of an adult comfortably, especially that of a man. 11.5-12cms would have been ideal. The keys, which are very small, are also too close together for comfort, even more so than on the Nokia 8210. It's easy to key in the wrong digit by mistake.
The colour screen is good, but it can't be very big on a phone of this size and it seems too cramped for what it can display. Last but not least, the signal reception leaves something to be desired; I have an Ericsson R520 and in the T68 the reception is significantly weaker.
With regard to the price, I have seen it on sale in the UK for £390 as a SIM free phone. This is £140 more than the Siemens S45, amongst others. Is it worth the extra money? In my opinion, no.
My verdict: good overall phone with excellent functionality and superb looks, but as a practical communications tool it simply does not offer value for money and is unsuitable for anybody with remotely large hands.

quality very poor compared to Siemens. Feels cheap and nasty. A real shame as this is a very good looking handset. T68 again very poorly built.
