Long lasting and fast ?
Yes and unfortunately no, not completely.
No jack ! But I want my wired earphones last and don't become useless even if I use another phone.
Fast with 5G ? Yes, but what about WiFi6 that is faster and and requires less energy that previous WiFi version ?

Almost perfect phone, but when other manufactures are removing notch, Fairphone added notch and ruined this phone totally.

BartD7, 30 Sep 2021Why all Android phones need to be 160mm+? Most people wants bigger display and they don't care about size of their pockets
          Why?
Because people are people, they dont care.

It is verry useful to be able to change your battery without the risk to damage your phone or crack the glass, like the other phones are!
Good ideea and i hope this will come back to all phones soon...
Also the best place for fingerprint is on the power button, and not curved screens, to be able to install temperred glass!

PMKLR3m, 30 Sep 2021OIS, 48mpx ultrawide with snap 750g and ips 60hz screen. Lol Only reason your cheaper, better spec'd phone was made was because of cheap third world labor. But what do you care about other people's living conditions, first worlder?

Anonymous, 30 Sep 2021Specs are way better than fairphone 3, nice jobI agree

Economies of scale, people. They'd have to sell millions of smartphones to be price competitive with, for example, Motorola. It's impressive enough that they can make it relatively affordable while still checking all the features in their list.

And people talking about Foxconn must really not know anything about the third world. Living and working conditions are either the same to (typically) much worse, and most of what first-worlders consume comes from the third world in some way.

There's no amount of money that can afford you ethical consumption under capitalism

PMKLR3m, 30 Sep 2021OIS, 48mpx ultrawide with snap 750g and ips 60hz screen. Lol It's perfect for me. Not g*mer "muh 144hz" bullshit to drain the battery.

limecheesecake, 30 Sep 2021For all the people that are hating on this phone and its €5... moreI agree.... it's really a great idea and honestly, not many will buy it because of the price.

I personally think it's great that something different is being done.

BartD7, 30 Sep 2021Why all Android phones need to be 160mm+? There's thinner Android phones than this, you picked one of the thickest...
Example: Galaxy A21 is 8.1 mm.

Anonymous, 30 Sep 2021With this terrible battery and without audio jack the phone... moreWell they will support software at least until the end of 2025, and they hope until 2027. Also, you can repair it yourself. Last March they brought out Android 9.0 for a phone released in December 2015. So I guess the support is really good. Also, they put a huge effort in fair stuff and sustainability.

Why all Android phones need to be 160mm+?

225 grams for 3900mah battery? Doesn't sound like rational use of material to me

OIS, 48mpx ultrawide with snap 750g and ips 60hz screen. Lol
