Fingerprint sensor-toting ZTE Axon passes through TENAA

Stefan, 20 July, 2015

A version of the freshly announced ZTE Axon Pro with a fingerprint sensor made an appearance in a TENAA certification filing. The handset sports the model number A2015.

ZTE Axon A2015 features the same design as the handset that debuted in New York City last week. The only difference between the two is the presence of a fingerprint sensor on its back.

ZTE Axon Pro packs Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard memory, and 5.5” QHD display. A 13MP main camera with dual-sensor and 8MP front-facing unit are also on board.

The ZTE Axon Pro with fingerprint sensor will probably debut in the near future. We won’t be surprised if the device is only available in China.

Just like HTC ZTE decides to deliver their best flagship everywhere but the US. This gives the impression of the company willing to cut corners to US consumers and doesn't make me want to buy their product offerings this product cycle.
