First Huawei Mate Xs sale ends in seconds
Huawei launched its first foldable smartphone Mate X towards the end of last year, and it was doing great on the domestic scene, the company selling the units as fast as it could make them. Now it introduced the updated Mate Xs, and today it went on its firstsale in China.
Just like its predecessor, the Huawei Mate Xs sold out in no time, and the company is planning the next flash sale for March 8.
Huawei doesn’t reveal how many units it sold, but according to previous numbers, it managed to sell around 100,000 Mate X devices per month in China. We are pretty sure the current numbers will be similar, seeing how the price tag remained the same (CNY16,999, which translates to around $2,400), but Huawei equipped the new foldable with Kirin 990 5G chipset and reinforced hinge with improved cooling mechanism.
Other specs of the Huawei Mate Xs remained unchanged, but they are impressive nonetheless - four cameras on the back, 8GB RAM and 512GB storage, as well as a 4,500 mAh with 55W fast charging.
