The features of the mobile is good... But mobile getting hanged. While using it and charging, it is getting too heat.. Scared of using whether it burst of. Battery is nt good...

It's worst. it's slower than 0.5 ram of another phones for uploading a 3mb files to my drive or photos.
When I tried to 4files together to upload it won't be After a day also. It can't upload. 3or4 mb files it will take 5 minutes to upload a single file.

I bought it last year March. Price was heavy at that time compared to its performance. Now the charging is not working well. It is just charging only upto 70% even connected to electricity in the full day. camera pictures are not much clear. Speaker is absolutely waste. No sound. Bad quality headset now it is no more. 4100 battery assurance is wrong I think. It will only retain hardly one day. 4% is the deadline for switching off. It is not satisfying the companies promises and not worth for the price that I bought.

They have not been able to fix it at the phone shop I bought it from. It's so annoying. It won't even come on again and the battery is full.

My phone has had a problem.. The multi task button is not working /responding. I have had the phone for 4 months now.. Since November 2017. I took the phone for repair. The button (back.. Finger prints, and multi task (open applications)) were changed on a Tuesday, and phone button (multi task) stopped working again on Saturday.. Today.. Without phone falling down or anything.. Don't know if temperature (high daily temperature) is affecting it...

Guys don't buy this phone. Actually the Bluetooth signal is very week and this phone is hang up 👆 every time.

Gionee A1 is not a good phone. trust me, on the 2nd day itself after buying, mobile was getting switched off n on again. i had a replacement warranty, bt ended up with mobile formatting by customer service center.
Earphones are bad. it has 4GB RAM, but it's just for name sake. if i open my whatsapp or other applications, it take atleast 2 seconds to open that too from 2nd day only.
and most importantly, Gionee Service center has a bad culture of treating people. i faced this issue in the center located at rajajinagar, b'lore. they react rude. and now i am really worried what if my mobile has a problem in the future and should i keep getting my mobile repaired. and especially from rajajinagar service center. Friends, i request you, before buying Gionee, please think twice and go ahead. Product is bad as well as the support from service center.

Am a nigerian and have used this phone for 8 months now without a single issue or complain. sincerely, this phone is one of the best phones i have ever used, except heating while charging, the camera is awesome and the phone overall performance is extremely superb.
this is a mobile to use .

Sometimes touch is not working. But the phone is working. And also the back botton, recent button, volum and power button are also working. After screen locked and screen on the touch is working properly. Is there any idea to fix the issue?
