i bought this phone 6 months back . Last night i kept my phone on charging when it was at 15 percent and after two hours it still shows at 15 percent . It shows d charging sign but its not actually charging. What do i do ?

If it is same everywhere please visit service centre, if they deny your claim, use their WiFi/mobile network and show them the condition.
Or simply request them to do a software reset of your phone. (They even get paid from company for doing a software reset, so they will be more happier)

Same way the phone can support 64 GB card but company never claims it to avoid any kind of conflict/ unwanted customer service calls etc.
So try your luck with a 64 GB card, if it works, it works!!!

in UC it says video format damaged. Click to go back to previous page.
Utube says There was a problem while playing. Touch to retry.
Chrome says loading video but no response

Can anyone please tell if we can use 64 GB card in this like we use in moto e which says that it supports 32 but 64 works fine too.

Hi Abhay,
Many a times my phone doesn't connect to internet on both the sims. It shows connected in the notification tray but in actual it is not connected.Any suggestions. Thanks in anticipation.

Earlier I bought Gionee M2 on March 2014,It's a good Smart phone,but not up to the mark,display is very weak ,camera inferior touch is smooth but not very good,Spec not upto the mark, Connectivity is very good even in 2G network,very Heavy set due to 4000 MAH battery...Battery backup is fantastic no issue till date,but now I am using Moto G the awesome Smart Phone...Touch simply w.o..W...I love it. Specs are very good,Speed is superb no Lag. Between Moto G & Gionee M2.. both are good Smart Phone value for money,But I will, Blindly suggest Go for MOTO G.
Please note It's the Ultimate Smart Phone under 20K,since it's Launch to till date..it travels almost 6 month in India and almost One year in the International market,so what can I say further. Simply say Quality reveals itself.It's not only for the Moto G even Moto X and Moto E all are the fantastic set in their price segment,Choice is totally yours as per your requirement and your Pocket allow.I grab Moto G,for Me Moto X is quite Expensive, and Moto E it's having 1). Dual Core...only , 2).Having Rear Camera only ,3).No Front Camera & No Flash) you have to decide value for the money product,either go for marathon Battery Gionee M2 or go for Good Spec Moto G @ reasonable price range decision is totally yours my Dear.
It's too Hurry to say any thing about Xiaomi Mi3,let them pass some Mills.
