Hi,
I have bought this phone and it is really good. Only difficulty I am facing is not able to play any online video from any site.
Is there any solution?
I am using my wifi network which is very fast when I use other applications in my phone.

If not try to drain it completly, yes to 0%
remove battery, sim, sd card and pu on the battery, charge it for few minutes, bring it to say 30% insert all items back and put the phone on single charge i.e. 100%.
check and reply. hope this will help.

hi! i bought gionee m2, speed is good. battery is good. camera is good.
But front camera is not so, and lack of resolution. internet is good too...

I have purchased M2 two months back. Two days before there was a power cut in our area and battery goes down to 20% after that charging problem strated. It was not charging for few mins after that charging started and after 80% again no charging. Today when i connect charger then chargig started but charging time shown was 0:00. Any solution???

Danny, 29 Jul 2014I want purchase Gionee mobile. Which will be good Gionee M2... moreI am using 4gb version in this the internal memory is around 600 MB (for storage) out of which at present I am using only 4 MB coz I have got a 16 GB class 10 memory card (Class is for speed only)
However I have checked a 32 GB nitro SD card which I bought for 1200 RS with this device, and it worked like butter.
So if you will think smartly better go for a 4 GB version you will be saving some money and invest that amount in SD card, coz there is no other difference.

Girish, 29 Jul 2014i bought M2 last month.its hangout every time.while am open... moreThere seems like a software problem with device. Go to service centre and ask them to do a software reset of your phone (Here I am not talking about factory reset) get the software re-install.

i bought M2 last month.its hangout every time.while am opening contacts its buffering then its go to menu.while am recieving incoming call screen will not operate it shows your android .com is stoped.really am feel bad.even i dont have so many apps in set.and also am hardly user of net.please let me know what is solution for these problem.

Drivers are required if you are running windows xp/vista or any older version of OS on your PC/Laptop.
However drivers are also required if one is trying to update phone firmware using any software tool available.
