My gionee S10C crashes unnecessarily. It spreads across apps on my phone and the apps are very much compatible with the phone because it also crashes when I try to make some settings too... what can I do?

Pls how do I stop itGo to your SMS Service Centre under messages on your phone, remove 1 or 2 zero's from numbers displayed, this will automatically disable your line from sending any SMS and there would be no deductions anymore, you will keep receiving SMS but if you want to send SMS to anyone, go and restore the 1or 2 zero's you removed and quickly delete again as soon as the SMS is sent.
