I purchased Gionee S10 from Delhi. The seller inserted Indian sim to check the sound quality. After I came to Nepal and inserted Nepal Telecom SIM the balance gets automatically deducted. I tried everything including factory reset. Still the problem is same. What is the cause of this problem?

I am using gionee mobile phones for past few years. the only thing i hate in gionee is i wait for the upcoming to be released in india after one year or so from the date of release in china. at present i am looking to buy gionee s10 but i dont know when it wil be released in indian markets or not .

I am using gionee products for years...
Pros
*Best in class UI interference.the themes ,keyboard,and personalisation settings are top.
*Decent audio quality,,DTS helped.
*Camera is good.
Cons
*Worst customer service.
*The phone is not durable,will make some problems always...
*Shortage in spare parts.
*Totally sucks..

I had gionee f103 pro and the screen break on a drop of 3 feet. Only specs are good on paper not real life used.

mr.haripersad you are wrong here becouse gionee is providing best device then other brand like sumsung.sony ect.your Experience with gionee is wrong .

Please do not waste your money on this trash.... I have tried and tested the phone and there is nothing special about it. Instead spend ur money on a Samsung or lg brand phone
