Not a bad phone but since I upgraded at Android 11 the selfie Camera has been very fuzzy and battery life isn't that good.

I use my Pixel for 3 years now, i was on androi 10, now on android 11, any problems with camera, still works prefectly.

Bought a used Pixel 2xl and found out battery health is only 50 % that is 1800 mah instead of 3500. Would barely last a few hours. So i rooted the device. And reduced the Resoultion from 1440p to 1080p. and to my surprise the battery doubled. Now am able to last all day. Couldnt believe it makes that much difference. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW

Just downgraded my pixel 2XL from android 11 to the last version of Android 10 and i must the phone becomes super fast and the camera is lot better on Android 10. I am more than happy to be on Android 10 for pixel 2xl because 11 is not at all optimised for this phone frequent stutters and animation clutter all over the apps and lost the smoothness and snapyy performance on 11.
Regarding downgrade it was super easy with the online pixel flash website with the required driver files and a samll command line setup to lock the bootloader post flashing the image back to android 10

hands down photography google pixel
and videography iphone
both brands are premium brands
anything that comes close to these in budget brand is xiaomi.

Have loved my 2 XL for the past 2 years. Unfortunately the camera stopped working recently.
There are a ton of users with the same issue at various times in the life of their 2 XL. I wish there were a way to get it repaired, but it seems there is no fix. Google has seemed to abandon 2 XL users and moved on to their later models. A true shame for an otherwise outstanding phone, but I need a camera that works reliably for work and home.
