And at least their devices have decent battery life even with tiny batteries. I don't care how much Apple charges because I don't use their products. But I do care how much google charges because I want to buy their devices and the pixel 3 can't achieve the same battery endurance and performance as iphones with a tiny battery

                            if the standard Pixel 3 had a notch i’d get one in a heart beat. Shame it doesn’t.

                              Checked out the Pixel 3 / 3 XL at my local Best Buy. I like the smaller Pixel 3 in black very much. The camera is fantastic and love the smooth software experience of Pie. It looks like a shorter S8/S9 with a slightly bigger forehead/chin but a matte back which I prefer. I say wait for Black Friday. Gift card might be worth $300.

                              I hope the Pixel 4 gets 4 cameras. Two in the front and two in the back. I prefer wide-angle with the same algorithm. I think the Super Res Zoom needs improvement but it could get so good by some point, it can eliminate the need for Telephoto. Super Res Zoom, Top Shot (HTC Zoe copy), and Night Sight should all improve as time goes on.

                              I like the black Pixel 3 (128 GB) but not for $899. Even the $650 Pixel 1, I liked it very much but didn't think it was worth that much. I'll wait for a deal that drops it below $400.

                                Also pixel 3 has true stereo speakers, unlike any other Samsung and iPhone.
