Phones will randomly enter permanent EDL state, even if you were always careful with your phones and it doesn't matter if you update your Android version or not, it can happen to you.
This happened to me after buying new like 3 years ago.
Google will hopefully have to reimburse all of the phone owners, but this is currently not the case. They released a statement saying that this problem is from normal degradation of material. Please be aware.

i was puzzled with what to buy between xz3 and pixel 3 but now having bought pixel 3 made me inspired that it's far better than any mid ramge phone it's light weight and premium features are awesome.highly recommend pixel 3 and pixel 3a which I bought for my sister

I have had my Pixel 3 for over three years and I'll never buy a Pixel again. It's very annoying to use as it does things on its own without me doing anything. Examples: If I set my phone down on a surface during a call it will activate "mute" itself. It also overlays my call screen when I'm on a call and when it does, the person I'm talking to, can't hear me until I work my way back to "go back to call".
The alarm will go off in the morning even though it was never activated.
It also self-activates the "do not disturb" feature in settings (I never use it).
Pixel 3 is junk.

Always check IMEI, if it starts with 35 you won't be able to unlock the bootloader and install custom ROM!

got this phone after my Pixel 2 broke and its way better. for one the screen is bigger and has smaller bezzels then the Pixel 2 the speaker quality is good i have the 64GB model and its enough storage. i rooted mine with Magisk changed the Android 12 emojis to iOS currently running Android 12 Pixel Experiance. no 3.5mm jack which is fine with me because i use bluetooth earbuds but the one con i would see with this phone is the back glass scratches pretty easily i bought a case for it day one but some how ended with scratches. the stock battery is meh and the camara uses alot of battery and it also heats up when camara is in use that being said the camara quality is the best iv seen you get unlimited google photos on storage saver quality and i installed a magisk module for unlimted storage at origial quality i would recommend this phone

The performance still solid,... moreMost of the refurbished ones come from china and most of them have defects like fingerprint failure after hyrogel screen installed.If you look closely near the edges of the screen,you'll see blue colour on the corners and some units have dusts in the camera unit.
