This could've been the perfect smartphone for me.
The physical size, the screen to body ratio (I like the bezel, the chin/forehead makes it more ergonomic especially for gestures)the dual front speakers (reminds me of the old htc m7/m8/m9 days) the oled screen and the old reliable fingerprint scanner at the back.
I only wish it had a headphone jack, slightly bigger battery, more RAM and I wouldn't even mind a mid range chipset just so we can save on battery (maybe a sd765g or 768g).
Alas, the closest current phone to come to these specs is the 4a, which I have now and enjoying. Still, I wish for an updated design like what I mentioned above, but I do worry that the era of small, manageable smartphones is nearing its end.

Is it worth to buy this phone now at 280 USD?? I need camera and sound quality only. Moderate battery backup is ok for me.

I have this phone its not bad but the tap screen option to wake the phone doesn't work which i like i even tried to the settings for it and still don't work

How's... moreWonderful experienced with android 12 .. smooth like using ios .. might take a little hit on battery .. 0.5h - 1h less on sot compared to android 11, not a big impact as the user experience improved .. really love the new ui.
The most beautiful stock android to date + the feel is really good.

IS it better than the current... moreI am using it as my daily driver nowadays. 2 weeks ago I had Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, it was a budget masterpiece, but unfortunately it got accidentally submerged in a jug of water and died. After that I bought Pixel 3 for 80$ temporarily as I am waiting for Pixel 6. As I am using Pixel 3 nowadays, I find it faster than Redmi Note 10 and there is no comparison at all when it comes to camera, Pixel 3 camera is great even in 2021. But the only area where redmi note 10 beats it comprehensively is the battery life, redmi note 10 blows it away here. I would say it is worth it if you don't care much about battery life. Pixel 3 also will get the latest Android 12, so in 2021 it is worth it.

I am going to buy ... moreIt is absolutely fit for modern day usage, but only till the arrival of Android 13, coz it wont be getting it, so after that would not be a good buy, but right now if you wanna buy it it is worth it. I m using it as my daily driver nowadays, terrific performance and good camera even in 2021 as I have heard there is no difference between Pixel 3 and Pixel 5 camera hardware. The battery life is a concern though but it was expected as its a 3 years old phone. I bought it as a temporary phone coz am waiting for pixel 6, got it for 80$.
