I am going to buy ... moreIt is absolutely fit for modern day usage, but only till the arrival of Android 13, coz it wont be getting it, so after that would not be a good buy, but right now if you wanna buy it it is worth it. I m using it as my daily driver nowadays, terrific performance and good camera even in 2021 as I have heard there is no difference between Pixel 3 and Pixel 5 camera hardware. The battery life is a concern though but it was expected as its a 3 years old phone. I bought it as a temporary phone coz am waiting for pixel 6, got it for 80$.

Is this phone okay for modern day usage? I am going to buy one refurbished phone. I have heard of bricking issue of pixel 3. Is it correct? Moreover, does this phone support custom rom and HDR 10?

this is STILL the prettiest phone to date. the s8/s9 bezels are peak smartphone, no need to sacrifice sensors and no uneven joined bezels or chin, no idea why people are pursuing bezelless crap. and the back camera and color scheme is chefs kiss.

This is the second Google phone I've had that failed. The back of the phone is bulging from battery swelling. Good phone, but not worth the price because it doesn't last. I have a Nexus 4 that still runs well, but every Google phone since has died in 2-3 years. That shouldn't happen to an $800 phone.

The screencast stopped working after some software upgrades. The fingerprint sensor response time is too slow.

I try the app you recommended but I don't see it doing the automatic balance depending on what I'm using, or probably I just don't know how to use it. I'm gonna keep playing with the app. Meanwhile I'll keep balancing manually. Thanks anyway.

Use Wavelet app to balance it out ... As it will have separate setting for speakers & headphones and automatically switch depending on what you use.

hi. on my particular unit i noticed that the bottom speaker sounds louder than the one on the top. i know that it can be adjusted in sound settings, but i have to push the balance slider way too far to the left when on land scape mode to get the real stereo effect, but when i'm wearing headphones i have to put the slider back to the middle so i can have an even sound. is this a normal issue? if somebody would like to share their experience will be appreciated.
