Rudaki, 15 Oct 2019No 4k60? Garbage camera. Even OnePlus had it in OnePlus 6.It's Google not OnePlus

Really!!! A 6.3" 16:9 screen (129 square cm). It's a huge display with lot of pixels. I was expecting neither a 16:9 not a 19:9 but a 18:9 6.3" display. I still love the screen size and shape but the small 3700mAh battery is gonna suffocate. This screen needs a minimum 4500-5000 mAh battery. And I'm so sick and tired of the years old camera setup, the IMX 363, The fugked up 4:3 12MP sensor behind a narrow 28mm lens. Should be 26mm at least. Waiting for a 6000x4000 1/1.5" camera sensor behind a 24mm zeiss lens.

Rudaki, 15 Oct 2019No 4k60? Garbage camera. Even OnePlus had it in OnePlus 6.The one plus cameras are terrible - pixel three still outperforms new flagships like the iPhone 11 and Samsung 10.

Anonymous, 14 Oct 2019Let me guess, £1500 for this mediocre phone?? More like £900... but it's no mediocre phone. Other than the top-of-the-line Samsung flagships and Huawei phones (irrelevant after the Google ban), no other Android phone quite matches the Pixel's photography.

Tasan, 07 Oct 2019WHAT is it missing exactly? A micro SD slot. Too many pics going to the cloud, and you quickly forget you have them. Also, how about the basic use for any Android; Miracast.

90Hz is optional setting. Actually, you can turn on Smooth Display or Turned it off as you want.

Notches are ugly, in whatever form on the dis... morenotches are yesterday's technology we have had them since 2017(I know the new iPhones still have them but they also only have 4gb of ram so its not surprising they're behind the times). Pop up cameras and phones with dual displays are in the present.
So your right notches are ugly however they are becoming a thing of the past, just like the pixl,

1: 90hz display that Samsung and apple doesn't have
2: Better battery optimization than others
3: Lates Android and features and ota updates for 3 years
4: Even note 10 and iPhone 11 is competing with pixel 3 having single camera so pixel 4 camera will b beast
5: BETTER design than apple that of 2017
6: no blotware
I have pixel 2xl , i used ipx and my 2xl is far better than ipz and s9+ which have sd845 , pixel lags only in case of multitasking and no one will open 10 apps while playing pubg ☺️ common sense.
Google is just inventing smart like night sight portrait with single Lens
if u wanna buy Android go for pixels h wil forget about others

Another thing, display should be 18:9 or 19:9 , that should be the limit. Not like 20:9 which is worst for web browsing and videos . looks like a narrow bar or slit.

People (kids/people with no sense of design) keep complaining. Just because Apple did something and many others copied that, it doesn't mean that it's good. Stop following the masses and use your own brains. Google's design is very nice for pixel 4 and pixel 4 xl.

diskeed, 09 Oct 2019True about Apple's wallpaper. Also Google's wallpaper for t... moreIt would be rather punitive for any phone company to put a statement reading "we are hiding our notches, holes and cutouts through fancy wallpapers"...which to my knowledge none of them have done anyways.

There are now mobiles without any cutout or bezel to speak of...the OnePlus 7 Pro, Vivo Nex 3 or perhaps the Samsung Galaxy A80, they all pushed to make there handsets as modern and as aesthetically clean as possible.

Using the word "hide" to describe a rather prominent feature of any phone is rather narrow minded, the notch has became a stand out symbol of not just Apple but from several phone models, manufacturers know that even with such designs its something that still sells.

Compare the success of Apples. Samsungs and even Huaweis handsets recently and a picture starts to become clear, if effort is made to increase screen real estate then why not, even if notches or cutouts are compromises?

Googles team really like large foreheads of course.
