      The Google Pixel 4a 5g is very good mid range phone. The important caveat is your carrier should have 5g connectivity that is not millimeter wave. (Limited range) If you want all the bells and whistles you are looking in all the wrong places.

Always do think of the every day usage of the gadget for your needs not just the specs which is incredibly influence by marketing, etc.

              missing exfat support
              otherwise good for the price has all the needed smartphone features and is reasonably quick
              screen is a little too fragile

                  Very pleased. Every software update appears to improve the overall experience by quite a bit. Especially for the battery and camera (on snapchat at least- still not perfect but has improved).

                        I'm amazed by this phone. Battery life is stupendous since the March update. I'm getting around 2 and a half days from a full battery with around 7 and a half hours screen on-time using the extreme battery saver feature. The camera and camera software are excellent. It's not fantastically expensive now either. More than enough processing power for my needs and when we can travel internationally again, the Pixel phones are able to access LTE and 5G bands almost anywhere in the world like iPhones.

                            $180 cost after credits from Fido when bought at Costco in Canada. What a deal!

                              Phone is so great. Sound quality is outstanding for a 'mobile'. Latest updates made it excellent. Adaptive sound quality combined with adaptive colors and brightness also give great entertainment. There ain't better phones up to 500.

                                  beep bop boop, 08 Mar 2021u have repeated the same thing like 4-5 times which leads m... moreI am not the one you are replying to, BUT I did buy the phone and had to return it. The phone is very good. I don't know if it's worth the price, but I liked it a lot. The Android experience is excellent but because of some design flaws, the stereo sound is not a good stereo, the screen has sensitivity flaws, and the speakers can make crackling noises. Again I say, it's a good phone, but with hardware and design flaws. If it didn't have those hardware flaws like the 4A and 5, I'd buy it again. I'm waiting for the 6 to come to sale because I want to buy it. The 5A will be a dumb phone, that won't say anything new.

                                      The phone has some nice features for t he price... I'm only concerned about the plastic frame, but, hey, they have to cut costs somewhere.
