Just so you know. Please google phones are not like other phones which are made for gaming. If you use your pixel phone for games, you gonna have issues. Google phones are basically for machine learning, camera, artificial intelligence.
If you want gaming phones look forward to Asus ROG phones and others.
I'm using pixel 6a with no issues.

Mine just got fried 2 weeks ago. it started to have black screens but will just be fixed with a simple reboot but after a couple of days it will not reboot and will not even turn on.
I tried charging it but it only heats up and no indications of it powering on. Dead.
I liked the phone but I have never experienced such heating issues with other brands.
My brother offered to sell his Pixel 7 pro to me and I worry it might do the same thing. The phone is an absolute top tier except for this heating issues with pixel phones.

Good while it lasted. Bought it new and had no issues until about 19 months of age, when it started freezing and then blacking out while taking pictures. Would eventually turn back if I waited from a few minutes to a couple of hours.
Now it's 22 months old and looks like it died for good. Took it to a local shop, they said it's a motherboard failure.
Previously had a Pixel 2 which had battery issues and rebooted when calling, using the map or taking pictures. Very bad experience with Google phones so far. My old Moto X4 from 2017 is still working and with good battery life, so I'm thiking about going back to a Motorola.

Ad, 13 Jul 2023I am gonna buy pixel 5a, is it worth to purchase it?No. It is junk. Loved it until it died after only 20 months. I bought it new. Google tried to fix under extended warranty but they were unsuccessful. Do MOT buy the google pixel 5a. It is garbage

Anjan, 26 Aug 2023Is there motherboard and heating issue in pixel 5 and 5a?It indeed does have heating issues - it's started overheating during non-intensive use after 6 months, and at 1.5 years, my phone bricked after motherboard failure. Not recommended.

Had a Pixel 3, randomly died in under 2 years. Had a Pixel 5a (with insurance), died from a 2 foot drop onto a foam bath mat after 3 months. Had a replacement Pixel 5a (from insurance claim), black screen of death while charging overnight, lasted a little over a year. Never buying another Google phone again. Great camera, most fragile piece of $&*t I've ever owned.

Had this phone for a few weeks, lost the manual.
I have 3 notifications icons... that I just don't know.
I could find one online (DND), but not the two others !
It is a shame that Google does not post online a short clear manual as a clean PDF file.
The online manual, is frankly terrible : it a a toy for kids, with lots of sugar and no nutritional value.
BTW: It would be a great app to talk the current notifications on request.
Perhaps more but brevity is a good thing, thanks Shakespeare.
