I know, its on two years and u get Gb, text msg, minutes.. But its double the price. Btw, how is it motorola compared to miui, is it more fluid without some glitches or is there any?

If they could bring back the headphone jack and sd card slot.
This would be the best phone now to get.

Good phone. Great battery life so far. Very long support unlike Motorola. Really good cameras with lots of features. OnePlus has crappy cameras

I bought Xiaomi when was available as a great 5G device.
Because at same time there wasnt any 5G motorola available at my carrier for a price which would worth.
When came to my previous Xiaomi MI 11 lite 5G i paid 12 euros a motnh for it for next 2 years rest been cowered by my phone bill or network carrier plan i pay.
In other words was 32 euros for my phone bill plis 12 eur per month for my phone which was 44 eur.
This year in march my network carrier raised the prices but made different offers. Now i pay 37 euros which is just 5 more compared to 32 eur before and said Motorola Edge 40 pro cost me 16 eur a month for a device which was available at my carrier for 789 eur if i buy instantly which is just 4 more from what i paid for my xiaomi before.
In other words i pay 11 more for best motorola phone released this year and new monthly plan gave me 45GB more monthly data from 15GB i had before. Refreshes every month 21th day in a month plus unlimited calls and texts. So paying 5 more for 45GB each month is not that bad. This data is available anywhere within EU and for abroad non EU countries have 5GB data from 1GB before plus lot more calls and messages if needed.
Lets call it a sweet deal or offer which was hard to reject.

Seriously, you get the same, but to a lesser extent noise when just typing.
My Xiaomi 12x isn't great either.

GrapheneOS, 19 Oct 2023Only because GrapheneOS, other then that pice of sh***100%. GrapheneOS is the only reason to get a pixel at this point. They're selling software features as if the hardware has improved dramatically. Only good thing about this so far is the screen and MTE support. Garbage phones otherwise

Even Poco F5 pro offers way more specs for way better price same goes for oneplus ace 2.
my Motorola edge 40 pro cost me 789 euros 3 months ago and soes lot more tricks for said price.
27W charging in end of 2023 is so lame and pointless.

Really liked this phone 📱 at the moment seems better than my sami s22 , bought outright basic and stock 🤓👍 it works 😉

Anonymous, 11 Oct 2023Pixel 8 is definitely ugly. Very bad taste, lame colors, ug... moreFor me, the smaller form factor of the P8 complements this design more than its Pro model (i.e. I'm saying P8 is more pretty than P8 Pro), but I generally agree.
I feel like the Pixel's peak design was with the P4. I loved the matte finish on it, specifically its frame which was a very rough-textured matte. Honestly, all their old backs from P4 and below were very nice.

It means there is some empty space inside, and probably there's no metal panel supporting the back & screen. I haven't watched any teardown so I could be wrong.
