            So I have a LG VELVET exactly 3yrs and 2 months, really time for an upgrade, can anyone tell me how's the speed on the Google Pixel 8 Pro if you were to speed up the animation on all 3 of them .5x, and like I said I not interested in the camera all I'm interested in is in the performance and battery.......

              Not IP68. I put the phone under a running faucet, and now there's condensation under all the camera lenses and the selfie cam. I have a Sony phone and a Samsung S22 ultra, and I always put them under a running faucet to clean them. I have never had an issue. Maybe it's because they sent a refurb to me as a replacement. After all, the last Pixel 8 Pro had horrible speaker sound quality. The replacement phone's speaker also sounds awful. Go on Reddit; many people complain about the speaker's sound quality. Stay away from this phone.

                Initially the 8 Pro thermal management and battery life was relatively poor, but after a couple of weeks of use the adaptive battery (and whichever other process optimisation the OS has) has learned routines and now battery life is good.

                I'm sure a heavy day using only mobile internet in areas with poor connectivity and navigation will expose the weaknesses of the modem in the G3.

                  I just got a replacement Pixel 8 Pro. I sent the last pixel to Google because the speaker sounded horrible. Specific frequencies just shrieks; it is very annoying. Well, the replacement is the same. It is so bad that some video content is unbearable to listen to. Forget about listening to music. I cannot use the phone's speaker to view and listen to content. I just noticed this after the return period. So I'm stuck with this phone until I get a S24 Ultra in a few days, and the Pixel 8 Pro will be a backup phone. There's a reason why these phones are discounted. I only paid $674 for the 128GB Pixel 8 Pro. The phone is worth that price if you listen to the speaker sparingly. If you use the phone's speaker for content, you will hate this phone.

It is much smoother and snappier than samsung's device. The battery life is great, you need at least a week or 2 for the phone to learn your usage. then, It can get you through the day easily, If you don't play games too much. I always have 20% left by 11Pm. SOT being 7-8 hrs on single charge. What else you need for a good battery! and currently the 8 Pro is on sale. So, i can recommend you easily

It drains quickly. As you ask for performace i think it has a good one but when you game a lot i think the battery drainage is very very quick. I returned mine beginning of this week. I don’t know abut the battery of Samsung S23 Ultra. But i think it might be better. I won’t reccomend to buy Pixel Series to nobody at the moment because the battery has been an issue now at least two generations. I myself don’t buy a Pixel phone again until the battery is not bad one. Decision is yours. Read peoples reviews. I was to buy either 7/7pro. Or 8/8 pro. Went for 8 pro for long software support. But was very disappointed after i used it very short time and realized that battery is the worst.

                                can some one give me an honest review or suggestion which one should i buy ??
                                in overall performance A to Z overall at the end of the day which one should i buy ??
