I need help picking a replacement for my moto g power 2020. Google Pixel 8 Pro is on sale rn for the same price as the S24FE ($649.99). Is it better to get the pixel on sale or just get the S24FE?

Sadly I'm having to send back my pixel 8 Pro due to the vibration motor being faulty and producing a pinging sound. But I'm still keeping my pixel 7 Pro and hoping that it will also get Android 15. Not too long in a distant future.

I can definitely say 100% using Android 15 Beta it's so stable and all stuttery issues on apps have totally gone. YouTube, BBC News, Instagram among many apps are now buttery smooth. Only thing I don't like is new settings menu is a bit bland with just grey no colour at all

I've actually been using pixel 8 pro and 7 pro side by side the past couple of days and I actually prefer holding the pixel 7 pro. Also haptic feedback feels more refined on the 7 pro, less buzzing and pinging sounds. Unless my pixel 8 pro is faulty.

Up until I got here Pixel 8 Pro the speakers on be S23 Ultra were the best for me but now there's a definite rival!!

I don't get any slowdowns on the pixel or bugs, battery life is fantastic. Actually better than the S23 Ultra. Is it same for you as well??

I am using it simultaneously with S23 ultra. On reddit I read the topics ,and they pulled down the Pixel saying it is slow, the screen is not 120hz, charge slow etc. I did not experience any of these. Maybe the problem is in me, but I do not expect anything more from a mobile. Great photos, the whole system is so user friendly, honestly I love my S23 ultra ,but the Pixel is way better to use it in one hand. I didn't regret to buying it at all

Screen is plenty bright too, not sure if I want my eyes to he burnt out while watching a movie or a YouTube video in the dark haah. Charging is only up by 7W on the 9 Pro XL and wireless charge is the same. Ergonomic build of the 8 Pro makes the device easier to hold and it's lighter.
