8K 30fps is actually a nice upgrade

        Don't buy any of Google phones without first seeing the battery test results.

          Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has AI cameras and you can't put AI off.
          AI is automatic on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
          Vivo X100 Ultra has hardware cameras.
          You can have AI on, but you can put AI off.
          It's manual.
          Vivo X100 Ultra let's you use hardware only.
          Vivo X100 Ultra doesn't have the best camera hardware, but it's good enough to my eyes.

          Hopefully Google Pixel 9 Pro XL allows you to use hardware only for cameras.
          Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra doesn't.

          Why do I like hardware?
          Because AI deletes small details, like hair.
          One guy exposed phone AI cameras.
          And when you crop, AI looks like a chalkboard painting.
          AI looks fake.

          Hardware doesn't delete details at all.
          Yeah, Vivo X100 Ultra is pretty noisy, but at least it doesn't look fake, like AI does.

          How di I know this?
          I own Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and Vivo X100 Ultra and I prefer Vivo X100 Ultra.

          Vivo X100 Ultra's noisy 1 inch 50MP camera beats Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra's 200MP AI camera.

              £1099 for the base model with only 128GB storage is a bloody disgrace, especially when the yanks can get it for £240 less.

                After seeing the features of this phone I am very excited for the launching of the next Honor Magic 7 Pro ... 😎😎😎

                  I'm only interested in GrapheneOS support due to the terrible hardware otherwise. But this year's pre-order deals are pretty bad in Europe, so I think I'll pass.
                  As for the cameras, just get an Xperia 1 and install Gcam on it.

                    This phone has some amazing specs. I'm impressed. And it looks great too. Waiting to see how the Tensor chip compares to the competition.

                                      Google does not make any chips. Their chips are being made by samsung. It's basically exynos + AI. That's why so many people have overheating problems because samsung exynos is known for that.
