The first started of with loss of headphone sound, then all sound, then charging port before it died in it's sleep! Now this Pixel XL is having problems with the playstore and requires multiple restarts to get the playstore to finish updates! Definitely upgrading back to a Samsung!

It's worst phone I ever used
I must say Samsung is very promising brand in terms of cellphones
But Google !!!!you guys failed
I wish Google phones should be discontinued as soon as possible so ppls don't get cheated
Low performance
Low battery life
Heavy weight
Pathetic look
Hangs too much
Every thing goes taking time for buffering even to see photos
No good reason to buy
And Google company will not be responsible for any complain you have regarding phone problem
They don't respond
I hate Google pixel XL

Good phone, I love it, simple and easy to use. No problem with the battery. Cool Camera.

I was very excited to get the new Pixel XL. Love the size, the picture quality. Using the speaker on a call is something to be desired. Everyone says I sound like I'm underwater. Also battery life hype is a joke.

I have one, and I am REALLY enjoying it !
And for the battery, if you are the kind of guy who sees "200 hours", and thinks that it will actually last 200 hours, you're totally lost.

Youd think since google provides the platform for android devices that theyd have a better or atleast similar software quality but nooo. Its not just about the phone not having an ip68 rating for the price point that should give you that feature, its not just about shit hardware, its also about their software. Can you believe that. Cant even open a pdf file talked to their support for an hour to no avail. This shouldnt be classified as a smart phone, it should be called a DUMB PHONE. I wish i could have it refunded would rather get a samsung phone even an older version like an s7/s6 would still be better than this pretentious phone hyped up by google.

It's strange that despite that Corning gorilla glass 4 they come with both were broken, poor materils quality imo.

I bought two of these. My wife's display cracked after only one week. She did not drop it and it was in a rubberized case. Google refused to fix or replace it because they stated "it was not damage covered under the warranty". Now, less than six months after buying them, my screen had cracked. Honestly, I did drop mine but only from about a foot high onto a carpeted floor. Poor quality and terrible customer service if you ask me.

Love it. Use camera for work slow mo video. voice recognition amazing with australian accent. everything so well integrated and does everything. like apple but can easily make adjustments.
had one replaced after 5 months, no questions asked. retailer told me only google do that, other makes, send it away to be repaired and you wait... mic stopped working well.
I'm a huge fan.

Can you imagine , if everyone changed phones just because some cons posted on line
