HMD View specs and images leak
HMD's roster of own-brand smartphones is set to grow very quickly over the next few months, and so far we've heard a lot about the Skyline, a handset with a design reminiscent of old Nokia Lumias. The same source of most HMD leaks so far says the Skyline will be similar in size to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, but that's not our main event.
That honor goes to the newly leaked HMD View, a smartphone boasting an FHD+ OLED screen, a 50 MP main camera with OIS, 8GB of RAM, and a 4,700 mAh battery.
It will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC, which is in fact little more than a rebranded Snapdragon 695. Anyway, the use of that chipset means the View will have 5G support.
The phone is rumored to become available in three color versions, called Meteor Black, Ice, and Velvet. The grayish model is "Ice", and the red one is "Velvet", with black being pretty self-explanatory and not part of this set of leaked images.
It's unclear exactly when the View will become official, but it looks like HMD will have a busy few months ahead.

I thought HMD only gives 2 OS updates for their midrangers? Also Samsung gives 4 OS updates iirc

Absolutely! I was also shocked when somebody here claimed that there isn't a color adjustment option for the Nokia 8's UK variant. If their software was consistent worldwide, this wouldn't have been a problem imho.
