i have updated my honor 4s..but screen stuck on honor only..its not getting off..please help me

after downloading lollipop version by updater in setting without micro sdcard...i click on install and from then only it stuck and showing only honor on screen ..nor phone switching off neither getting on it stucks on honor only about 4 hours passed .. pls tell me the solution

Hi friends !!! my honor 4x was get contact list view issue on yesterday. but now it's resolved. i can view contact list,call log details,sms. all ok. i dont upgrade my mobile version to lollipop. Tks !!!

Hi Shiva,
I also had the similar problem and I did the following to recover the phone back. No issues and its working fine now.
Kindly follow the steps mentioned below:
* Go to http://hihonor.in/support/downloads
* Software > download Honor 4X-Second Android L
* Unzip the zip file
* Open "Software" folder and copy "dload" folder
* Paste "dload" folder in your SD card
* Insert SD card in your device
* Switch OFF the device and press (power button + volume up + volume down) buttons simultaneously for 10 to 15 seconds
* Installing starts automatically
It is recommended to take the backup of all your personal data before updating your device software.

Help me…im nt able to move apps from phone to sd card…my sd card is 16 gb and has plenty of space. When I select move to sd card, it shows “not enough storage space”. I tried it with 8 gb sd card also. It shows the same result. The apps which I tried are not built in apps, also it shows the move to sd card option but when I press it, it gives me d above result. Please help me at the earliest.

Assalam u Alaikum everyone ...
I want to buy new phone.Confused between Honor 4x, Note3 and lg g3 but now, I selected Honor 4x but here,I read a lot of problems related this phone.Please suggest me should I buy this phone or leave it ?? Also kindly tell me these problems related to 4x can be easily solves or persists ?? Also tell about 4x camera and speed.

The phone automatically updated the latest version for Android 5.1 since the wifi was connected. After the installation the phone is stuck at reboot with honour logo..not even shutting down. highly frustrating.

hi Guys,
I am using Honor4x since last 2 months, from past 2 days i am facing issue with moving apps from phone memory to storage memory (SD Card) . When i try to move app /game from Phone to SD card it poop up a message saying Couldn't move app,not enough storage space(Although 28GB is free on Card). Kindly help out with the solution .
OS verison: android kitkat 4.4.4

I am from Chennai. Just now I upgraded the OS to Android 5.1 which is available on its own. Immediately the mobile restarted and hanged showing the honor screen. When i took to the service center, i met 6 guys with the same problem. For all of us the service team informed that the board was gone and we need to wait for 15 days! SO PLEASE DONT UPGRADE YOUR HONOR 4X TO HIGHER VERSION WHICH IS AVAILABLE IN THE PHONE FROM TODAY ONWARDS.
