Most of time my pictures are deleted from gallery on auto basis, and some time I capture the photo from camera but pictures aren't saved in gallery, please help me in this regard

My Honour 5 X phone developed some problem now. Unable to talk when the phone call comes . The handset symbol is shown on the top. Able to talk only throughSpeaker .What is the reason and what is to be done

This 5x is very shit. It gets very hot if u on the mobile data and it lags a lot.

Build quality 7 camera and battery life are good. Two SIMS can be inserted at the same time without sacrificing the SD card.
Main problem is speed. The phone hangs sometimes when just opening the camera or other apps for no real reason. I probably would not buy this again.

Hi,
I have 3 Honor 5x phones in my house. One of them has got the B370 and B381 updates OTA, the other two phones don't get any update OTA after B360. I know the new updates have newer security patches so I really wanted to have them on the other two phones as well. I don't know whats going on and I can't really understand why those two phones won't see the updates. I can spot one difference between the phones, the phone that got the update has custom version CUSTC675D003, the other two phones have custom version CUSTC675D002. Infact one of the phones with custom ver 002 has been just purchased but shows no update after B360.
I spoke to the customer care guys via online chat and they said that the new phone will see the update after 15 - 20 days of updating to B360 which I highly doubt. Regarding the old phone that does not get the update, they said they will forward the complaint to tech support and they will fix the issue. It's been 7 - 8 days and the two phones still have no notifications for the new update.
Request someone to please throw some light on the issue....

I used this phone for almost a year and while it had good build quality, Huawei didn't optimize the resources on this device. Note that there are two variants, one with 3GB RAM and 2 GB RAM. I owned the 2GB version. Some issues include;
1. The battery life was not that great but ok.
2. The most annoying aspect was the lags and hanging. Some apps were choppy. I was left wondering whether the SD Chip 616 and adreno 405 are incapable of handling issues. I current have a device with similar specs running on SD 430 and it is way ahead of this device.
3. Updates - this is perhaps the greatest disappointment from huawei. This device could probably perform better with Android N but huawei won't upgrade it. So you are stuck with Android M!
I loved the device aesthetics but unfortunately it wasn't a performer in the software department. Note this especially if you plan on running alot of apps for business. If you just want a device for calling and sms, it might be ok for you. For the price point, we expected better.

The worst phone I got in my entire life. The network is very weak. To many troubles to get connected with 4G. I will change it as soon as possible. I can't compare it to LG phones or any other.
