Keg_of_Corona, 06 Sep 2017Is there a Chance that this Phone can be Upgraded to Nougat ?Huawei (HiHonor) has not honored their commitment of 2 years of updates stopping at Marshmallow. They have no plans to upgrade this phone to nougat at least in the USA. Requests to HiHonor for info on the subject are responded with by telling us how valuable we are as customers and with links to their Facebook which they use primarily to try and sell you other products.

equss, 30 Aug 2017Assalam o alaikum. My 5x mobile set shows hand free inserte... moreequss, this happened to my phone also one month ago. Some people say you can clean the headphone jack with something, but that would not work for me. I had to use the factory reset to make the sound work again. I had to reinstall my apps after the factory reset, but my pictures were safe on my SD card, and my contacts and apps all came back through Google Play. Good luck, wa alaykumu as salam.

Assalam o alaikum. My 5x mobile set shows hand free inserted status and showing recommendations with earphones by sliding down status bar . Due to this , speakers are deactivated. By Switching it off or restart doesn't work. Kindly help me with that.

i'm so clumsy person ,so my phone had fall off from my hand like thousand times and i'm pretty sure that it works good so its the perfect phone for me , but last week i uploaded a lots of files into the phone the memory got fulled up. and there are a blue light coming out from above the screen so i tried everything including to trans the files into my laptop it didn't work so if anyone have a suggestion please let me know

Anonymous, 22 Aug 2017Which is better between Honor 5C and 5X?They are fairly similar. 5X has a bigger screen. I have the 5X. My sister has the 5C. Both have enjoyed the devices. 5X for bigger hands. 5C slightly cheaper and smaller hands.

Don't go for this phone....it's the worst phone i ever had. I had used this phone about 3 weeks long..the battery drains fast & the phone hangs a lot...there is no screen protection thus the huawei companies are promoting this phone as uncrackable...i had a bike accident.the phone was on my pocket...after i was discharged from the hospital,i checked the phone is probably fine or not..it disappointed me..the phone's screen,front camera&display are damaged..i don't have any other options..the repairing will cost 4k...I can't afford this much for this phone because the phone is only worth 10k....so don't go for this phone...the gaming performance, camera,quality screen,software performance & don't hang up phones are out there at this same price...
