I have been using it for more than 3 years. Last week, my Honor 6X( GR5 2017) suddenly get stucked and not worked properly. A little bit later, it started to restart and again but didn't power on. At that time, tried to charge it but the phone didn't charge.
What is the reason for this? Have you experienced the this problem?

I've used it roughly... even without back cover case and from glass on screen

My wife is using this phone for last 3 years. I must say this phone is durable. Its battery is much better than my honor 7x which I charge twice a day but a single charge of honor 6x can go for full day. I m just facing one weird issue with 6x which is storage related. Storage is always full even there is not a single pic or video on the phone. When I chek storage manager it says 11 gb of other data if any other person faced this same issue kindly reply me

I am proud of my decision of not buying redme note 4,
Honor 6x is amazing in all aspects,but recently I am facing issue with battery and Bluetooth headset of 5.0 version.
Does anyone has same issue?
Loss of connectivity and receiver can't hear my voice over Bluetooth.?

Great phone, been using it since May 2017 and it is working fine till now. The camera quality has deteriorated over the years but the overall performance has been fine.
There was one minor problem in Jan 2020 where it wasn't switching on after a routine restart. Had to pay 600 bucks at a local shop to get it started again but otherwise, there has been no problem.

I am using this phone for more than 4 years! It really works great. The performance is still good. Battery life is also good. (using the original battery). I used the phone roughly! It dropped really hard few times but the durability of the phone is great. Loved this phone.

My phone never lags. Been using it almost 3 years now. The only problem I had was battery swelling. I've changed the battery and now it works like new. ❤
