I am facing problems in my home 6x. My storage automatically randown from 20 GB to 0 mb. Battery automatically drain fast. Twin app create problem. I did hard reset my phone but the problems remain. What to do and what is the problem.

but even warranty is not good read Huawei Facebook page and people complaint that their phone in warranty but they even still pays money

Many questions are here with B340 update!!! I am trying to give some answers.
1st of all, the B340 update is officially released for HONOR 6X., not for gr5. So, gr5 2017 may not get the update. Or may be they will get it later.
Secondly, the update is focused on camera (specially front camera). So, only difference that you will get after the update is some improvement in selfie. Nothing more. You will also get August 2017 Android security patch with the update. That's all.

AnonD-699340, 13 Sep 2017Same thing happened here with Huawei mobile Egypt Facebook ... morewhen i talk to customer service they said you can update it in service center so i went their and they said within 3 days they will fix the issue by updating it but i refused to let my phone there for just an update i don't know why all this time for just an update while 32gb version got the update once they bought the phone
