Same thing happened here with Huawei mobile Egypt Facebook page, But you know what I don't think it will ever get this updated, If it was planned it should have happened already. I think it was just a waste of money to buy this so called GR5 2017 Premium Version.

Today received an update to B340. Update size is around 430mb. With this EMUI is now 5.0.1. Free ram has increased. Some camera improvements also, color accuracy has been fixed. Overall a good update, go for it.

While i asked HuaweiEgypt facebook page they said model number BLL-L22 which is 64 gb version will get update in phases will 32GB version already got the update

1. Your phone is rooted
2. You have flashed any custom rom
3. 3rd party administrator application monitoring your device.
4. You have very poor internet connection
If the above 4 reasons are not true for you, then contact any Huawei/Honor authorized service center. You can also try to download an app called ' firmware finder' from Google play store. Hope it helps.

U will find 1 or 2 active application. Deactivate them all. Problem solved.

I've been hearing quite good reviews about Honor phones. But the thing is they are not that quick with updates aren/t they? And all of them (including the 8 & 9) are all shiny metal phones that don't even have a very basic splash-resistant nano coating that when it gets wet the phone will just stop. True? And sunlight readability (despite all the tech inside the screen, colour calibration, etc.) isn't really good. Comments please?
