Over a year old and still didn't receive android 13 update... Support is very bad for this device and i'll change it for something else soon

Stefan, 05 May 2023Great news! Android 13 available for Honor 70, Romania.I have the Honor 70 in UK and have not received any updates and my security patch is still on February. It's now the 22nd June and nothing which is not good enough. Other phone brands already have android 13 and and June security patch. All we need it's for someone in Honor to tell us what's going on and is the a download we can install.

Geo66, 08 Jun 2023It has good hardware but on the software side, this phone ... moreHonestly I can't say the same for myself, use the phone and it was totally awesome for me so I dunno which of the honor you're actually referring to and then you have features of the phone, if it doesn't meet the standard you require, you can equally go for another product but I can say for me this phone is good.

It has good hardware but on the software side, this phone is a total mess. It lacks basic Android functions like notification history or google earthquake alerts. Split screen works only on few apps, one hand mode don't work at all. Wi-Fi has no option to manually connect or disconnect to/from a known network. Updates are random, even if, on the Hihonor website they promise monthly security updates. About 2 weeks ago I got the Android 13 update; it looks identical to Android 12 but the battery is draining faster and the phone constantly freezes so i have to restart it ever other day. For me is Honor is a total disappointment so never again!
