They should be kidding, what kind of hardware are they selling if upgrading to this equipment is not ready on November 22 2018 oreo update on other brands without this great hardware come now on their obligation ......... I am very sad ... what kind of smartphone is this?
Please sameone Help me to report this to the international HUAWEI ...... Please, Plese ... The solution is Upgrade via OTA and did not see HISUITE ..... OK. !!!!!!!

After providing all the requested information to HiHonorIndia on 22-Nov via twitter chat and following up constantly, finally I have got Oreo update today. Before Oreo update, what I have observed that there was an update available for Backup application in playstore. As soon as I updated that app in playstore and then attempted for system update via settings, I have found Oreo update available. The update went very smoothly and didn't observed any issues post update. Overall smoothness has been moderately increased and heating while charging has been reduced after Oreo update .

Anonymous, 02 Dec 2018@Rs Direct from the hihonor.com/uk website.Try to chat with Huawei support over messenger. They might be able to help you. You definitely should get an update every month. Mine received latest update in October. According to FF Oreo is available too but it is not showing up in the system update settings yet. Huawei support was very helpful when I had similar issue with my P10 which turned out to be branded one and that carrier was delaying updates, not Huawei.

They must be joking, what kind of hardware are they selling if de update for this equipment is not ready on 22 of novembre 2018 oreo update on others marks without this great harware come now on must of them.........i`m very very sad.....what kind of smartphone is this.?

After reading your post I dug my H8 out of the drawer where I threw it in disgust months ago and checked it any updates. It still shows UK version on Android 7.0 and security level 5 August 2017. Time to put this piece of junk on a popular auction site and get rid of it.
