EMUI is utterly cancerous. Looking like a bastardized iOS is one thing, but not allowing 3rd-party icon packs to be applied is another. If you chose to install a launcher and/or an icon pack, then good luck changing those ugly skeuomorphic, rounded icons. One. By. One.

Also, I think Honor 8 has only 4GB of RAM with 32/64GB (storage) variants.

No gorilla glass protection? Have they gone crazy, phones under 12-15k do have have gorilla glass of late.If this information is true,it's not worth paying more than 15-17k for this product.

Gorilla glass is no needed because everyone buys these screen protectors, so why to put these. Who listens radio from phone own fm radio? You can download radio app and listen whatever u want.

No Gorilla Glass, no FM Radio (both features were on Honor 7), still no OIS, no 4K video recording, but with an IR blaster!? Why did they remove all good stuff for an IR blaster?? It doesn't make any sense. Yes the Honor 8 is pretty damn fast and looks very good for that price, but lacking shatter resistance on both the front and back is still disappointing. It's prone to drops, and when it drops, it dies... (or in the best case scenario the glass protects the inside of the phone but is totally shattered).I don't recommend buying this phone without a case and a screen glass protector (or just a flip case).

Just one note.
No gorilla glass in this price range is a joke.
Had ordered the "flagship" before realizing this.
Let's hope the bend test and scratch will position Honor 8 at least at gorilla glass 3 level....
