Today just received security system update in România, jsn 21. 110mb. 10.0.0.182 (C432E5R1P3). No vowifi, volte, vilte, nothing. Disappointed.

after updating to EMUI 10.0.0.179
all WiFi networks shows no internet access after connecting even though the internet is working on some apps like whats-app and do not work on others
tried rest network settings several times changing from network to another but no luck. any possible solution?
another thing the battery drain rate is faster than previous version pie 9

After EMUI 10 update (10.0.0.179) all wifi networks show no internet access.
i tried rest network settings several times nothing changed from time to time it work normal and then return again to show no internet access any possible solution??
beside that the battery drain very fast after the update.

in Macedonia , i have two of Honor 8x devices,the first one i bought a year ago and now it's on android 9.1.0.266 and stuck on security patch December 1.2019, the second one i bought a month ago and immediately got android 10.update and security patch January.1. 2020 and both are the same from the same A1 sellers and both are Honor 8x JSN -L21 ,4GB/64GB what's the problem is that the first one doesn't get android 10 update,so i called the authorized Huewei service and got the answer, that should be patient because android 10 update comes by phone number ( IMEI ) so we have to wait there is no other option, i tried everything, but who knows, it might not be...

restart the phone, if does not help then reset phone, but first take out sim and sd card

I bought honor 8x and the system ask me for updating. Now my phone has emui 10 and android 10.

Ever since I updated my Honor 8x software to Android 10, my rear camera and selfie camera quality of photos has dropped drastically. Please fix the issue with the bad quality photos now. Both cameras were far better before the android 10 update.

xul, 06 Mar 2020i did noticed it when in dark mode but when in default mode... moreNormally major update like android 8 to 9 i will do a hard reset. It is doing just fine on android 10. Be sure to backup everything from contact to whatsapp (Google drive recommend)

Radz, 05 Mar 2020I've got the same issuei did noticed it when in dark mode but when in default mode thing are normal no white page..and there is another issue which is i cannot edit a video in a gallery same when im in android PIE ive already ask the support agent they said that the editing features has been remove and it will available in android10 new update but still its not available so frustrated on this matters idk if it just happen on JSN L22 model.

My phone is not responding accordingly after the Android Q update. From apps that are not working to phone features that became useless. I just want to revert it Android Pie. This has going on for 2 days now. this is annoying.

Almost majority of our Honor 8x much improved after upgrading to EMUI10. No lagging and WiFi connection so fast! Thanks Huawei! best China phone ever! Huawei is the best choice!
