        slippery is the price of the new phones design , which is a problem not only for honor 8x but for all new phones that come with aluminum frame and glass back,but they are in trend and we want them

          I have this phone for 6-7 months now... Phone itself is really great. BUT everyone thinking about buying it, should be beware that it's slippery :) It will just slide of any surface not ABSOLUTELY flat! It will slip out from your pockets... And last but not the least it will slip out from your hand, as it happened to me as well.... Keep it ALWAYS in silicon protector and be prepared to invest money for back new back cover and/or screen....

                      plug in the earphones, then go to the settings and open sounds, then slide down to ''Huawei Sound Effects'', there is a new menu for more sound effects,- auto-3D audio- natural- standard -> Headset type, and Equalizer, i'm shure you will find something that will help you.

                        is there a setting about the compatibility of an earphone? since when I plug in the earphone I am using before it is OK then when I tried it yesterday I doesnt work but it works when I dont plug in the earphone completely

                            are you sure you have internet connection, wi - fi, no mobile data, since i have 3 months recive 1 android update, 9.0.1 pie and 2 securiti updates, so try in settings, system, software update, check for updates, be sure you are on wi-fi connection

                                  Hey guys I am using Honor 8X model JSN-L21. I am from Europe and there is no offer for update to 9.0. Do I have to something to get it or there is some problem? Thanks
