If you want it, you can purchase it from eBay, Vopmart, Aliexpress or Gearbest. It will be the Chinese version which is the only version that exists at the moment.

Nado , 10 Nov 2016Has anyone managed to fix the notification problem for apps... moreI have no idea how to fix the notification issue. It is my biggest problem with this phone. I allowed everything for notifications ton the lockscreen and everywhere else but I'm still not getting notifications from apps like Hangouts, Duo and Marco Polo. I read somewhere that it has to do with the battery management and killing apps in the background but I set all of those apps as "protected" but that didn't work either.
Honor USA claims that Nougat is forthcoming and will have a beta. However, they could not tell me when it is going to happen as the phone has not been released in the US.

For me this is the ideal upgrade from my Sony z ultra.I recommend it if your looking for a fast,classy phablet with a top notch screen.Im in the UK So imported it.No drama or issues,its a fine phone.

Hi,anyone using this phone in Canada on Rogers LTE network, did you guys has any kind of signal lost issue cuz I've had a Huawei P8 max and it support lte bands 7 same as this phone and I have bad experience about 4G connection most of the time i got H+or H and sometime it went down to 3G.So please let me know, thanks in advance

Has anyone managed to fix the notification problem for apps like whatsapp, twitter and emails? Any information if these issues are going to be fixed? Also is the new EMUI 5.0 to huawei note 8, thanks in advance.

I have my contacts loaded just fine you need to download the Google Sync app and set the appropriate permissions to get them loaded on your phone.
Phab Pro 2 looks cool and the Tango camera seems awesome but the phones resolution and processor are inferior to the Honor Note 8 so it depends on what your preference is. Also, there is very little development so far with the Honor Note 8. 3 Chinese roms and nothing AOSP can be found in XDA.

Oddly enough, even with the slight slow down I experienced, it's still faster and more accurate than any phone I've ever used!

Anyone else with the phone realize that over time, the finger print reader doesn't unlock the phone as lightening fast as when you first configured it? When you pick up the phone from a long deep sleep, it takes a little longer to unlock with finger print. If the screen was recently on and you try it, it is super fast, but if the screen has been off for a while, you get a slight delay before turning on. Not a big deal, just something I noticed. I'm wondering if there's an app causing it...etc
