Also smart battery that delay batter aging. I won't update though since I definitely will not use any huawei software, and I suspect the baterry anti-aging would nerf the performance even further. Battery is never a problem for honplay, but performance is already a problem. I don't need 4gb update that gonna nerf this phone even further.

Honor play was launched in August 2018 with Android 8. All companies are expected to provide atleast 2 years of software updates & 3 years of security updates. Honor should provide Android 10 on this phone.

This junk is diving down so fast. Now this heats up just by connecting to the internet. Even when connecting to perfectly fine wifi router this trash show it as 'no connection''. The wifi icon is shown with that '!' mark while on my secondary old phone (zenfone 2, almost 5 y/o) it function just fine. Browser can still acess internet while some 3rd party can't detect any connection, WTF is happening? Man, huawei is a crook, this is the last phone I'll ever use from this company. This trash perform less than 5 y/o phone FFS, that's like investing 300$ on this device is a total mistake. Should have gone with zenfone 5 instead.

Not sure about EMUI 10 but I do get few 'important' software update this week which ironically messing up the performance even further.

Can any one tell me why the honor play is not getting emui 10? Technically its a strong phone even stronger than most next generation honor play's with kirin 970 it still a big player so why???
