Look at Pixel 2/3, even equipped with OIS, but still doing bad when recording in low lights, pretty much the same to any other phones because they try to squeeze in high iso, by using high noise reduction, resulting in a lot jittery effects.
Only Iphone XS/Max is great at low light video recording but that because they maintain the iso & using minimal noise reduction. Its darker than other competitor, but well stabilized.

OP 6T OFC, FFS.Its price similar or maybe less than 6T. Specs on many parts are better in View 20. Oxygen OS is better though. But once u know EMUI, its not that bad.
And are u aware about all this? Lol.
