I owned and RW6828, and recently needed technical support. Contacting the HP was worthless, and I understand now that it's because the 6828 it's an HTC.
I had waited for this telephone for long, but everyday are released new telephones with a lot more technology, and maybe I wouldn't pay the extra price for HP branding.

@ Silence
A-GPS requires an active connection with assistance servers to enhance the accuracy of calculations. The phone also pushes tasks and calculations to be processed by those servers to save time and battery life.
Sometimes, this type of connection, whether over GPRS or HSDPA depending on your Carrier's infrastructure, requires you to pay extra fees for the data transfer. Sometimes it is free! You have to check with your carrier customer service to know. I think in the Stats it is free, because of some law that was issued a few years ago, which stated that a cell phone has to be easily allocated in case of emergency using GPS. And that's why they came up with A-GPS in the first place; to enhance the accuracy and fulfill the requirement

@4nh, I am also waiting for this handset to be relesed but its been a long time...
Meanwhile your opinion about HTC is only one side of the coin.
AMong all windows based handsets , tytnII is the best. The only issue is with the video driver and it will be solved once WM 6.1 gets released. Tytn is a wonder device but I will sell mine when ipaq is released becoz the foam factor of ipaq suits me more.

HTC serious about their new release???
Well i'm so sorry, but i'm not quite agree with that. The pioneer of their product TyTnII has video driver problem, and many of its users has raise bounty to create such driver, because HTC (seems) do not care to settle this matter. And HTC Touch Dual???, i don't even understand in the 1st place why they throw this stuff in the market with lack of important feature like WiFi...
Well i ain't pro anyone, in fact i was almost purchase HTC product, but this ipaq is what i really need, though we might not no what will this release become. Worse or better.
If the delay is for the better (QA), i think it is also has it bright side?
Just wait and see...
