To improve your camera,perform a hard reset on your device.Once all the camera setting back to default settings,I can bet you your camera now is better..

Personally I think it is the best product in the market at this moment.Every PDA mobile have their good & bad functions.For me it is OK,so far so good.
To increase your ringing sound,try to download some loud ringtones from the web as what I did.Its working well,with loud ringtones.
This is the best product by HP so far..

just bought this PDA phone,but really disappointed by the poor quality of camera,Can any one tellme that how could i improve the camera results?

Can anyone please tell me, how to activate the handsfree mode on for telephone ? Also how can I make conference call ?
I can see those two items in the menu... but those two are found to be disabled everytime...

Just got this PDA about 2 months now and its great so far as compared to O2 mini which hangs a lot. Although HP hangs but the soft reset button solves the issue unlike O2 Mini.I had my batt replace as it suddenly died off for no apparent reason. My fren had the same issue but batt was replaced and no problem so far. Every PDA (Windows based) hangs, if it does not means it not a PDA.

u can higher the volume of mp3 by using mp3gain software.. hehehe

I haven't seen even a single model of phone that doesn't receive bad comments from people, specially high cost devices that have high expectations and many people without the money to buy them.
It is possible to get free software from www.download.com and excelent quality low cost programs from www.handango.com. Check those places and you will be amazed of the huge ammount of titles available.

Hi pll,
I jus read all the reviews of this PDA, i personally don't think its that bad as it has been made or said by few pple.. also i would like to know if someone could help in downloading a free software which can enhance the music files or the makes the sound louder specially while pl;aying mp3 files. There are some softwares which are available freely on the net, but i am not aware of themm. so please someone help me. The wifi works amazingly well. the sound quality is soft bit its not that bad , it actually depends ont the sound file's format and the software which is being used to play those files.

Price of rw 6828 titanium S$999, and non titanium S$799, both same functionality. The device is alway active(On) and cannot be switch off, unless take off the bat,(as in all pda).Stable in function hv been using it since Sept 06, initially, do hangs but soft reset solves the problem. So far so good no major problem, does hang sometimes, still manageable. installed " Magic Button" software (free),improves from hanging,speed, helps to close programmes hidden in the bkgrd, also install PDF, works well.except battery last for a day

warning! i got my this unit and it was working well until i plug in the earphones to listen to my mp3s. The unit automatically diabled the speaker even when the earphones is not inserted. it is now silent as a my my goldfish. the unit thinks that the ear set is still inserted.so i end up bringing my earphones to listen to calls. i brought it back to hp service center and they replaced the motherboard. its now working but i will never use my earphones again. except from this hassle the phone is excellent. look at the hp forums. this problem is common.

Hi to all the user of HP ipaq rw6828.
im planning to buy this phone, so iv gone through all the reviews of u guys. Well, as much i understand, 2/3 problem r in this set.Like- No power switch. Echo during talk and listing song and Camera is not up to the mark.
So im seeking the decision from you guys shud i buy this rw6828 or O2 atom life or anything els?pls

yes, the phone can connect to skype. just download the skype software from the skype website.
