My camera is not working also goes with the mobile data..already try hard reset also but still not functioning..contact htc and now they need me to send phone to the service centre..dammit!

The specification is so tempting to me but the capacity of the battery is too small which cannot last at least half of a day while I am continuously using the phone.
I think the largest defect in HTC phones is that the battery capacity is too small and it is not removable for users to change the battery with a fully-charged one.

This phone emphasized that it's WATERPROOF (on the box) so I tested it and it got water damaged. Sent it in to service center for repair after 1 week factory called and wanted to charge me around $130 USD for repair. When I sent it in for repair only the screen was water damaged when they received it at the factory they sent me photos saying that my phone was cracked. It made me very upset and I argued with them telling them that it's still under warranty and you guys damaged my phone why should I have to pay this ridicules repair fees? After almost 1 month, they offer me free repair and in a few days I should be getting my phone back. Let's see how they did.

This phone is really superb. This is my first htc phone and its very impressive. I have used note 3 lg g2 in the past. Much better than those phones. Sense is way beyond touchwiz. Hats off to htc.

wow, this phone is really excellent, the quality, the photos it take, the screen, all the material it was made is incredible, more reliable than samsung or lg brands, i really love htc they are alone.........

My dearest friends.According to the specifications and just review written here,Butterfly 2 regardless of minor disadvantages is agood high quality smartphone!!Of course LTE type price here very pricey!!!?But as I like to have it,I put it in my wishlist dream museum,among many dreamy good,better,and the best smartphones and devices!!Thanks gsmArena for providing the best information and data!Good luck all mentioned here plus friends.

I own this phone for last 6 months, go for it, no complaints.
Camera - The BEST from HTC, better than M9
Doesnt get heated at all

Anonymous, 20 Apr 2015i unmount sd card but what happen is, when i press power on... morei guess u have a bootloop, need to do a factory reset and thats something u dont have to worry about. Google it and find how can u factory reset via recovery mode. Cheers!
