One of the best phone i have ever used, no laggin, no over heating and the battery life is just superb but the only issue i have tagged on this amazing phone is the camera.. Honestly speaking the cam is the worst i have ever used..

Iam one of the biggest fan of HTC using several smartphones for last 4 years but Butterfly S fullfill my expectation and this is one of my best phone ever till date.

After using HTC Desire HD, One S, One X, Sony Xperia Z, Z1, Samsung Galaxy Nexus, SIII - I think HTC Butterfly S is the best phone I ever had.

I hate HTC so much after using this model.I am a HTC fans before, but after purchasing HTC butterfly S, the camera have problem 2 times in 2 years. What? this phone's specification was introducing high spec camera, but camera always having issue? First time, the camera have purple tint issue after 6 months i purchased, i send to htc center and get the warranty to exchange the camera, second time, after 9 months i get the phone from htc center , now my camera having focus issue. the camera keep having lens zoom in and out sound and camera keep vibrating seem like cannot get the focus point. Now my camera cannot use at all. I realy HATE HTC SO MUCH!!!

I have purple tint issue and don't know to fixed it. I also already call htc center to fixed my phone however they just only say.. "thank for your information and I call you back later." until now the problem can't settled. really worst action. I am htc fans but today it's over because you have lack service after selling and slowly growth improvement.

Pls don't buy HTC butterfly s dual SIM 9060 it has only 2300 may battery and 1.46 ghz proccecor I buyed and used it for week and when I knew that I returned it and buyer single. SIM version and and double SIM versiondont get update it is stuck on 4.2.2

I am about to purchase it on eBay and I want to know ... moreFriend, just like you am going to buy this from ebay..believe me its a genuine phone i did a research but the problem is that there is no update released for this model since its launch and there are no info on the net about rooting this device..but after all you cant get a better phone with all this feature (nfc..boomsound..1.9ghz cpu..2gb ram..ultra pixel with zoe..etc) for that price...also make sure you contact the seller and ask him if its factory sealed product only buy then....the pink tint issue is common with ultra pixel camera..even the htc one has it...never buy if the factory seal is broken..i contacted the seller and he assured me its a sealed phone..make sure you do the same....

Ok... I am about to purchase it on eBay and I want to know if there's anyone who can help me. I'm worried about this phone being a scam, seeing it's priced only at around 16,000. Now I know it's imported, but I'm worried it might be a fake or the hardware fiddled with. And then there is the camera's "pink tint" issue. To make matters worse, it has NO MANUFACTURER WARRANTY; just the seller's. That makes me a bit cringe to buy. Any help?

This phone is quite good. The battery life in this is awesome. After medium to heavy use, 7:00 - 00:00 I usually still have around 15%. Sometimes after very heavy use ie. GPS, 2 emails, Facebook, instagram, YouTube, internet surfing, reading ebooks I might run out at around 10pm but that's not very often. If you are a very heavy user it will definitely last you all day and if you use the battery power saving option you'll even get more time. Stand by time on this thing is amazing. If you can pick this phone up for around $400 or less, outright, then it's a good deal. One thing I really hate about this phone is the camera. Unless you are in a well lit area outside the camera sucks. There's often a purple tinge and severe vignetting and colour aberration. If you take lots of pictures then you'll be severely disappointed with this camera. The screen, battery, overall experience on this phone is very good but the only area where this phone is severely lacking is in the camera department. Even though this phone has a plastic build it feels like quality plastic. It's a solid phone. If this is your first smartphone then you will be quite happy with it.
