The purle tint almost made me throw rhis phone in the thrash can. When i visited a HTC concept store and complained about it they just say bring it to rhe service center...

shiv, 09 Dec 2014Most of the people asked mee about the performance and it i... moreMy friend I live in Sri Lanka I have recently updated my Butterfly S into Kitkat 4.4.2 and Sense 6, I have to tell you battery last more than a day for me I am a heavy Internet user still I manage to go more than a day I think you should update to 4.4.2 and see the difference and I have used Galaxy S5, Iphone 5, Htc One but this battery last long really impressive.

Most of the people asked mee about the performance and it is really terrafic..great job..but the battery life wont last u a day long..exceptional performance otherwise..the only con of htc butterfly s 9060 imported is that u will get android 4.2.2..and still there is no information regarding updating it to kitkat.so u will have to use a splendid phone with jellybeans

for who ask about butterfly s 9060 battery its drain fast i dont recommend it and besides it take so long to charge .plus this phone comes rooted out of the box but there is no custom rom for it

I can't comment about call quality coz its very much depends on your local network provider.
But
1) Battery life - Butterfly S has the longest lasting battery among all HTC devices (top in the ranking, equal to HTC One Max). If Butterfly S's battery cannot satisfy you, no other HTC devices can...
2) Performance - HTC had done a great job in optimizing Sense UI. Plus quad core Snapdragon 600 & 2gb ram, I can say Butterfly S can perform most of the tasks smoothly without any issue at all...
The only issue with Butterfly S - Camera purple tint (photos came out purple/pink colour when taking in dark/low light but no problem in bright/day time/using flash). This is a hardware issue & can only be solved by HTC service centre...
